I had submitted a ticket regarding a problem sending email and it was closed w/o the issue being resolved. Anyhow, I had Hivemail working properly on the old server and after the move, it's not. I can recieve, but not send email I had asked for my account setup information to be resent to me because I don't have it anymore, but I realize now that it wouldn't do me any good because I'm not on that server.
But I would appreciate it if you could include the info for the mail functions on the new server here. BTW, my site is laondalatina.com. I need to know:
- What is the name of the SMTP server?
- It's port number?
- Does the server require authenication (I wasn't using authentication before)?
- If it does, what would be the username and password to use? Are they the same as my account name and password?

I actually took a look at the settings for your hivemail and had some suggestions - I updated the ticket.
It was my fault the ticket got inadvertently closed. I had originally moved it from "sales" to "support" and in trying to get rid of the pointer under "sales" it also closed the active ticket in support.
