Sounds like a very interesting mod!! But...
What if I switch to the new infopop product later this year? Would the import to the new software still be possible or would you not recomment installing it in this case?

If you import your database to a product that does not support subforums, then all of the forurms will simply display flat, like they do on the out of the box UBBThreads. The import is not affected in any way.
My plan is to make the subforums mod for the new infopop board also(if they won't include it themselves, which won't be the case it seems at the moment...).

How exactly would the import look like if the new software doesn't support sub-forums? You mentioned flat, but does that mean that all subforums will simply become new forums themselves, or will they simply become part of the main forum?
Also, is it possible to reverse the mod in the future just to make sure that the export/import to Infopop's new product doesn't mean I can't count on their official support with the import process?

On a side note I don't use threaded mode on my forum as it basically hangs everything and gives a blank screen. This mod doesn't have anything to do with using threaded mode, does it?

Correct, since the importer only imports things that are in the unmodified Threads.

Yes, they will display as forums in the category they reside.

Anno, I'm ready to buy but I cannot seem to be able to make the payment. Pay Pal keeps failing and is not allowing my CC to even be registered with them. Can I pay via any other reasonable way other than Pay Pal, be it direct CC, Moneybookers, Neteller, Switch card, etc?
