Josh,
We just had a hard drive failure and moved our forum to a new hard drive... direct copy of all files (db separate). Now, when using the SEO mod, access is denied to all forums.
I can't seem to find the original docs for the SEO mod... and my member area is expired here.
What would cause this problem? FYI seotest still works.

I extended your access so you can access the member area here.
If the slashes in the URL aren't working, the server most likely isn't setup to accept PATH_INFO - make sure apache is configured to accept the PATH_INFO variable, which allows the use of slashes after the .php in the url.
