At this point - all sites on the ThreadsHosting servers have been moved to the new VertexHost servers. There may be another 24 hours of sluggishness while the DNS updates (if needed) as you may be running your forum off the old server, but running the database off the new server. Once the DNS fully updates and everyone is seeing the new servers, you will definately notice an increase in speed an reliability.
For many of you - while I was able to repoint the domain here on my end - I also asked you to update the nameservers on your domains to:
ns1.vertexhost.com and ns2.vertexhost.com
It's important that you do this - there's no hurry or immediate deadline, but I won't be running the old DNS servers here forever. So while we are all thinking about it, if I don't handle your domains - make sure you update your name servers.
I do handle many of your domains - and indeed I've already made this change for you.
Everything should work for you as it always has. When you are accessing your site via FTP or to your control panel, make sure you are using your domain name and not the old host.threadshosting.com or server1.threadshosting.com server names. Those are old servers. But if you are using your own domain name to access, then you'll always be in the right place.

You can post here or ask me if you want - but since we now have more support staff, for urgent matters a ticket may be faster. And I'll probably be monitoring the support tickets very closely over the next few days.
Many of you either send me checks or pay via PayPal. The next phase will be integrating ThreadsHosting customers into the VertexHost billing system. I'll be contacting everyone individually to work this out. Where possible, we'll want to cancel your current PayPal subscriptions (which go to me) and instead setup a direct billing to the Credit Card of your choice (which will go to VertexHost, Inc). This will also allow you to access, check and review your bill account in our billing system.
